Letters To Bourdain

I like to cook, I like Anthony Bourdain – but sometimes he seems like he’s reflexively iconoclastic. Sure he’s a great writer – but is he a great chef? I’m going to find out, and cook every recipe in his “Les Halles Cookbook”, the recipes from where he made his bones as executive chef of Les Halles Bistro. Here are my experiences and observations, in blog form.
